Panera is an option I really enjoy for lunch in the wintertime. It's quick and super convenient if you use the Rapid Delivery online ordering option, you can pop in, grab your already-made lunch, and chow down. This location always has enough seating despite it being busy during lunchtime hours, and they move through long lines very quickly. Service is always courteous and the ever-changing menu options keeps things different if you, shamefully, eat there 2-3 times a week... The new broth bowls, specifically the lentil and quinoa one, are delicious and filling, and surprisingly low-calorie and high-nutrition. Plus one. I hope these stick around!

I still haven't heard back from the manager about the incident I had when I visited Panera last month. I can see this location is very focused on great customer service... Not. With a situation where coworkers are rude and directly violating the health code, you'd think you'd want it resolved right away. This is a shame, because I really love Paneras food.

I needed a place to grab a quick lunch. Had never been to Panera before. They gave me one of the buzzer things that lights up and vibrates when the order is ready. Fill your own drink. Refills are free. Wi-Fi is free--I saw a lot of laptops, but I did not see anybody plugged in, so be sure your battery is full. The food is not spectacular, but the place was very busy on a Monday at 2:00 pm. Nice place to hang out for a while.

This is hard for me to write because I like Panera's food. But this morning the lady at the main counter handling the bagels and etc. pastries made my stomach turn. Not only did she look like she shouldn't be serving food but also did not listen to me. I had to repeat the same request 3 times. I hope this is an isolated incident, However, If I buy at this location again and she is handling the pastries....I may chose not to.

This is a solid Panera bread location. The staff is always friendly and willing to make adjustments to add and remove items from salads and sandwiches as I request. Of course it's a little pricey for lunch but the food is consistent, you get what you expect from panera.

I'll never understand the Panera distrust/dislike. But I think that's because I don't understand hipsters, so I'll never understand the "I don't like the mainstream" or "I was into that before it was cool" thing..... And, let's face it, Ann Arbor is just crawling with hipsters (aka university students). Of all the Paneras I've been to, this one definitely has some of the best service. The people are quick, probably because it's also one of the busiest I've ever been to. Flat out - they get 4 stars mostly because of their cream of chicken & wild rice soup. That shit is amazing. And they never seem to have it when I really want it. Bastards.

Quick service, friendly, clean, free wifi. Like the pick 2 options.

While I give Panera two stars, what keeps me going back is that it is a great place to take kids. I think the food is just mediocre, but the kids think it is the bomb. My son gets very excited about the alfredo tortellini.

I was out here in the boondocks of Ann Arbor...the suburbs of a suburban village...doing some dental work and since the climbing gym is half-way out here (or half way home) it made sense to get in some climbing. The problem is that the dentist appointment was over at noon and the gym doesn't open till 3:00...and I was hungry with lots of work to do. Panera, as mediocre as it is overall, was the perfect solution to that problem. I wanted food, real food, not cafe food. But I also wanted coffee w/ espresso (i.e. a red eye). And I needed a place to hang for a couple of hours to do work...that requires internet access and a power outlet. So I tend to avoid Panera in most circumstances, but being a chain it is reliable, and I knew that it had all these features. And I even have a fireplace going here. Still the bacon bravo sandwich the that the worker recommended was below special. The coffee is barely drinkable, even with sugar added. Some of the bread is good, and I guess some of the pastries are. But don't come here if you're trying to trim down. I'm not sure anything on the menu is healthy, but anyway the bread products will drag you in and ruin your good eating intentions.

Good, dependable panera, A bit on the pricey side for the kids entrees. The food is passable. I can think of other places I'd rather eat though.

This is my 2nd least favorite Panera. If you are on east bound on Jackson Road, you'll need to do a MI left to get to the store. When you leave, you'll have to do MI left to get back on east. When it's busy, you'll wait a while to get your order in. The layout is little weird compared to other locations. The last time I was there, I had to wait 15 minutes with only four customers in line (four with me)... because the cashier who took the order also left to get the order ready... getting bagels, etc. is one thing, but leaving the register to make latte or hot chocolate... couldn't they have one dedicated person making the latte/hot chocolate or something? This would ensure other customers dont' wait for their coffee or bagel....

This place is okay. Always pretty crowded and seems like it could always use a good cleaning, when walking in. Pasteries are dry and not very appetizing but I came in to check if they have bagels and lox. No cold smoked salmon. They have grilled or broiled salmon for sandwiches. This is strange to me, to have a place with such an extensive bagel selection and no lox. The souffles are awesome. Don't look at the calories or it will scare you away, but they are worth the treat, once in awhile.

I've been to this particular Panera a couple of times as it is the closest to my home. I like Panera for the options that they serve. I'm a former bread baker so I think I can judge their creations. They have good solid options for sandwiches and pastries. I like the Asiago roast beef sandwich and the Italian sandwich as well. I never get the chips as a side, I get the chunk of multi-grain baguette. Their bagels are tasty (if a bit pricey) too. Overall, it's a bettter, healthier option for lunch, which I like!

I'm the type of customer that they hate at Panera. I like to think of it as "camping," but basically it is just a day long study experience. Six hours of reading casebooks with food and beverage purchases every two hours -- it's the only way I can justify the number of drink refills and amount of table space I use. Panera has the four things I require to make an ideal study spot: air conditioning (my room has a mere fan), salads (veggies help my concentration), coffee (to keep me from passing out on my books), and wireless (essential without needing explanation). The strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken is actually quite good. The drink refills are free. There are plenty of tables at this location, though it does fill up at the busy times (lunch) and the tables near outlets require a cheetah's speed to acquire. Nothing about Panera is inspiring -- it's a chain just like several others. But it's edible and they haven't kicked me out yet, so four stars seems fitting.

This is an excellent Panera Bread location. The employees are nice, friendly, and polite and the food is great for quick lunch/dinner. Many times I will go get dinner relatively late in the evening right before they close (8:30-9ish) and they will package my soup and salad up nicely and throw in a whole baguette instead of just a small slice. Of course, Panera is a little pricy for what it is, but I always enjoy meals here. Good place to sit down for a pleasure read or to do some quick work.
